Our warranty covers workmanship — squeaks, gaps, cupping, or any issue resulting from installation. If a problem arises within 18 months, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do I need to go to a showroom?
No. We bring samples directly to your home so you can compare options in your own lighting and space. If you’d prefer to visit us, we’re happy to accommodate that too.
What do I need to do before installation day?
Just remove personal items and valuables. We take care of moving large furniture, removing old flooring, and preparing the subfloor — it’s all included.
How long does installation take?
Most residential jobs are completed in 1–2 days depending on square footage and subfloor conditions. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Can hardwood be installed in kitchens?
Yes — hardwood works well in kitchens with proper moisture management. For bathrooms or high-moisture areas, we recommend waterproof LVP, which we also install.
